Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a team member to lead a positive customer and brand experience at the store and support sales. You will run registers, accept donations at POS, and help maintain store standards and presentation.

The role emphasizes cash handling, customer service, and working collaboratively to support store operations and a safe, welcoming environment.

Formación

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Excellent math skills preferred and helpful.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English.

Responsabilidades

• Performs Point of Sale (POS) responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Asks each customer for cash donations at POS.
• Establishes or identifies prices of goods and merchandise.
• Completes closing procedures as needed.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Greets customers and thanks them as they leave the store.
