Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a part-time store associate to deliver an excellent customer and brand experience. You will operate the POS, process payments, and assist with donations while maintaining clean, organized sales floors and adhering to safety practices.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, basic math skills, and English communication. Candidates must be at least 16, pass a background check and drug screen where applicable, and join a team that values

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English (written and verbal).
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Runs registers and processes payments at point of sale (POS).
• Greet customers and assist with purchases and donations.
• Maintain store floor standards and organize merchandise as assigned.
• Stock merchandise and keep the sales floor clean and safe.
• Assist with announcements and store communications.
• Support branding and the Goodwill core values of Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
