Bell Road Toyota is seeking a customer-focused Body Shop Receptionist to support the dealership with phone, front-desk, and repair-order tasks. You will open, update, and close orders, handle payments, and provide repair status updates in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include data entry in CCC One and Body Shop software, coordinating with insurers, and maintaining accurate records while delivering excellent service to customers. Requires open schedule and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Cash handling and basic math abilities.
• Experience with CCC One, ARMS or Body Shop Management Software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Open, update, and close repair orders.
• Process customer payments and handle daily deposits.
• Obtain customer contact information and provide repair status updates.
• Maintain accurate records in CCC One, ARMS, and body shop software.
• Track customer satisfaction surveys and delivery date commitments.
• Review open repair orders daily with estimators and update production status.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and schedule estimate appointments.
• Ensure repair order documentation is complete and compliant with guidelines.
• Collaborate with management, estimators, and support teams to improve operations.
