Job summary

Columbia Bank in Gooding, ID is seeking a Customer Teller to be the first point of contact for clients. You will perform deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing and related transactions with accuracy and confidentiality while growing relationships through needs-based conversations.

Under guidance from branch leadership, you will learn Columbia Bank products and services, meet regulatory requirements, and participate in referral initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are preferred.
• Demonstrates accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Always performs teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process daily branch tasks to maintain integrity.
• Interact with clients to uncover needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Follow bank procedures and regulatory requirements at all times.
