You will engage clients to understand needs and identify opportunities to offer appropriate bank products, referring to business partners as needed. This onsite role emphasizes precision and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Strong attention to detail in handling numbers and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process daily cash duties.
• Suggest and refer basic bank products to the appropriate partner.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulations.
