Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a professional Teller at our Gooding, Idaho branch to be the first point of contact for clients, performing transactions with accuracy and confidentiality in line with Breakthrough Client Service Standards.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and related tasks, build relationships with clients, identify opportunities to offer banking products, and support branch operations with diligence and compliance. On-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing) with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and complete end-of-day balancing tasks.
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping money and transferring funds as needed.
• Interact with clients to identify needs and refer appropriate banking products.
• Maintain knowledge of product and service offerings and stay compliant with regulations.
