Job summary

Based at our Reedsport location, the role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and excellent service. A high school diploma and recent banking or customer service experience are preferred; bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience is preferred.
• Bilingual ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing).
• Mitigate risk by safeguarding money and ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
• Maintain and deepen client relationships through communicating needs and offering appropriate bank products.
• Stay informed on Columbia Bank products and services and follow bank policies.
