Job summary

Columbia Bank seeks a friendly Teller to be the first point of contact for customers at our Clarkston branch. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions with accuracy and confidentiality, while building relationships and identifying opportunities to offer banking products and services.

With guidance from branch leadership, you will balance cash drawers, process night deposits, and ensure adherence to bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling functions accurately and confidentially.
• Balance cash drawer and process deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, and transfers.
• Process night drop deposits and update lobby rate sheets and brochures.
• Identify client needs and refer basic bank products to appropriate partners.
