Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller to serve as the first point of contact for clients at the Klamath Falls branch. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other cash handling duties with accuracy and confidentiality, guided by the Branch Manager.

You will also identify client needs and refer appropriate bank products to the right business partner. With a focus on Breakthrough Client Service Standards, you’ll build relationships, stay compliant, and support daily branch operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual ability is a plus and may aid in serving diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process routine banking tasks.
• Identify client needs and offer suitable banking products and referrals.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Provide proactive, professional service and build client relationships.
