Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quality transactions and efficiency for customers who prefer personal interaction.
• Proactively recognize additional financial needs and refer to staff as applicable.
• Process basic teller transactions such as deposits and payments accurately and timely.
• Balance daily work per bank policies and procedures.
• Handle volume of work including WebCapture.
• Resolve customer issues professionally or refer to appropriate staff.
• Support team sales by identifying customer needs or making referrals.
• Follow bank policies, security guidelines, and regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
