• Adhere to bank policies including risk management to prevent fraud.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Educate customers on self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with custodianship, audits and other tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area for a welcoming environment.
• May support nearby branches as needed.
