Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversation to uncover sales or referral opportunities.
• Listen attentively and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and preferences; and take prompt actions to address immediate needs.
• Proactively look for ways to optimize performance by coaching, supporting Bank initiatives and leveraging tools to enhance activities.
• Comply with regulations, bank policies and procedures to manage risk related to customer interactions and transactions.
• Complete required training by deadlines and ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
