Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Sales experience or willingness to refer sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversation to uncover sales or referral opportunities.
• Listen attentively and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs.
• Comply with regulations, bank policies, procedures and delegated authorities to manage risk.
• Perform general office management duties to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure transaction accuracy and operational efficiency of that function.
