• Handle proprietary, sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• For jobs in New York, a current New York State Security Guard License is required.
• Comfort using technology and two-way communication devices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible, welcoming presence at entrances and high-traffic areas.
• Deter theft and identify suspicious activity while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Partner with Asset Protection leaders to support safety, service, and shortage reduction.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, medical situations, and other store needs.
• Document theft, accidents, and incidents with timely reporting.
