Job summary

AllianceHCM in the United States seeks an Application Support Analyst to assist clients with reporting and data management and to handle escalated issues across Alliance HCM solutions.

You will manage case tickets in Salesforce, coordinate with the implementation conversion team, ensure data accuracy before go-live payroll, and communicate timelines with management. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
• Ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc).
• Major in technology, Human Resources, or related fields preferred.
• Knowledge of benefits, HR, payroll, timekeeping, general ledger, SQL, and report writing is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with specialized reporting and data management.
• Help with escalated client issues on Alliance HCM solutions.
• Manage workload and client requests through a Case Ticketing System in Salesforce.
• Communicate with management regarding timeline deadlines.
• Troubleshoot client questions to provide timely and accurate solutions.
• Engage team members to ensure all client case tickets are resolved.
• Verify accuracy of client and employee data prior to the first live payroll with the implementation conversion team.
• Heavy phone client communication and detailed email follow up.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule when workload warrants additional hours.
