Job summary

Alliance HCM is seeking an Application Support Analyst to assist clients with reporting and data management, and to handle escalated issues across the HCM platform. The role involves ticketing via Salesforce, coordinating with the implementation team, and ensuring data accuracy before live payroll.

The ideal candidate has strong customer focus, excellent organization, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL/report writing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc).
• Knowledge of benefits, HR, payroll, timekeeping, GL, SQL or reporting is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with specialized reporting and data management.
• Help with escalated client issues on Alliance HCM solutions.
• Manage workload and client requests through Case Ticketing System in Salesforce.
• Communicate with management regarding deadlines being pushed or met.
• Troubleshoot client questions to provide timely and accurate solutions.
• Engage team members as needed to resolve client case tickets.
• Verify accuracy of all client and employee data prior to first live payroll with the implementation conversion team.
• Heavy phone client communication and detailed email follow up communication.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule when workload warrants additional hours.
