Job summary

You will handle loan payments, prepare documents, maintain client relationships, and work with the branch team to meet standards and drive growth; occasional travel may be required. This position emphasizes customer interaction and operational excellence at our Oklahoma branch.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to handle inquiries, explain loan products, and guide customers through processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick and friendly customer service in person or over the phone.
• Prepare loan documents and manage the application process.
• Create and maintain positive customer relationships and monitor loan status.
• Contact customers about overdue payments and help them get back on track.
• Partner with Management to maintain branch operating standards and grow the business.
