Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a Teller for our Erie, PA location to provide outstanding customer service, process transactions, and identify referral opportunities. You will learn bank products, maintain accuracy in cash handling, and support branch operations as part of a collaborative team.

As a Northwest Teller, you will greet customers, resolve issues, and promote financial wellness through service excellence. Evening hours and weekend availability may be required to meet branch needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify referral opportunities and contribute to sales goals.
• Assist customers with questions and problems, referring complex requests to the appropriate team member.
• Greet customers and take ownership to resolve issues or concerns.
• Balance teller drawer daily and assist in office meetings and dual control balancing of vault/ATM as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email communications.
• Adhere to security and dual-control procedures and Northwest policies.
