Qualifications

• Education, Training and Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; ability to complete internal teller and product training; attendance at a 5–7 day initial training program (travel expenses covered); reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, accurate, and efficient teller service handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with identity verification.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options; refer more complex needs to branch specialists as appropriate.
• Balance cash drawer and protect customer and bank information while adhering to security procedures.
• Support lobby, customer flow, and general branch operations; participate in team meetings and training.
