Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) with accuracy.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Refer customers to branch partners for additional services.
• Assist with lobby management and directing customers to the right team member.
• Answer calls promptly and professionally and document inquiries as needed.
• Support branch operations and customer flow during busy periods.
