Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with identity verification and funds availability.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Provide welcoming, accurate, and efficient service while handling routine transactions.
• Refer customers to branch specialists for more complex needs.
• Support lobby management and guide customers to the right team member.
