Responsibilities

• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling and training staff, and safety meetings.
• Follow processes for receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise; build displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages and markdowns.
• Assist with planogram implementation and adherence to standards.
• Ensure cashier accountability and cash control; process refunds/overrides.
• Assist in store management during Store Manager absence.
