Job summary

Marhofer Chevrolet is seeking a Service Advisor in Stow, OH to serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. You will write repair orders, provide cost estimates, coordinate with technicians, and ensure a seamless, positive service experience from check-in to delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Associate's degree in Automotive Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• 1-2+ years of dealership service advisor experience preferred, with a record of driving CSI.
• Strong communication, active listening, and customer service skills.
• Ability to write accurate repair orders and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to explain technical repairs clearly.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) and familiarity with manufacturer warranty processes.

Responsibilities
