Reliable Chevrolet in Springfield, MO is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Advisor to greet customers, manage intake and release of vehicles, and coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely updates.

You will listen to customer needs, explain recommended auto repairs, provide pricing quotes, maintain records, and schedule appointments. A high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background checks and drug screens required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a friendly/professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service from intake to release of the vehicle, and perform any additional follow up.
• Listen carefully to customer descriptions and assess the vehicle to determine the best repair plan.
• Advise the customer on recommended auto repairs and offer a pricing quote; communicate effectively with technicians and parts employees.
• Provide updates to customers on the progress.
• Answer detailed questions about services performed and price information.
• Maintain customer records.
• Schedule appointments over the phone.
