• Leverage campaigns and services (new item launches, promotions, membership, ship-to-home) in selling
• Use training tools (Cognition, Paper reSource, InsidePS) to stay informed and help customers
• Protect company assets by following inventory and loss prevention standards; perform inventories
• Work on the selling floor with physical activity including standing, bending, lifting
