Paper Source, Inc. in Cambridge is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and engage customers with product expertise. You’ll help shoppers select gifts, cards, and wrapping while keeping the store visually appealing and inviting.

You will use knowledge of campaigns and services, participate in store merchandising, and support loss prevention. This role requires a team player with flexible, energetic hands-on involvement.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with customers through friendly and genuine service to meet their needs.
• Ask open-ended questions and use product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations as you actively sell.
• Ensure a vibrant store by supporting visual merchandising and replenishment standards and maintaining a neat, tidy, shoppable presentation.
• Leverage campaigns and services, such as new item launches, promotions, and ship-to-home.
• Use training and communication tools to educate yourself on our products and services and assist the store with knowledge.
• Protect company assets by adhering to inventory and loss prevention standards and completing inventories.
