Job summary

Paper Source, Inc. is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, share product knowledge, and help customers select gifts, cards, and wrap.

You’ll create a welcoming environment on the floor and over the phone, engaging shoppers with genuine enthusiasm and a passion for our products. You will support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and participate in campaigns, memberships, ship-to-home services, and training tools to stay informed.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with customers through friendly, genuine service to meet needs.
• Ask open-ended questions and use product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations while actively selling.
• Maintain vibrant store displays and replenishment standards for neat, tidy, and inviting presentation.
• Leverage campaigns and services (new item launches, memberships, ship-to-home).
• Utilize training tools to stay informed about products and services to enhance customer experience.
• Protect assets by following inventory and loss prevention standards.
• Work on the selling floor requiring physical activity such as standing, bending, lifting.
