Paper Source, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver friendly, genuine service and help customers choose gifts, cards, and wraps. You will create engaging displays, learn our products, and actively sell while maintaining a neat, vibrant store presentation.

You will engage customers, answer questions, and support campaigns and services, ensuring a positive shopping experience and ongoing customer satisfaction across a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with our customers through friendly and genuine service to meet their needs.
• Ask open-ended questions and use your product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations as you actively sell.
• Ensure a vibrant store by supporting store visual merchandising & replenishment standards.
• Leverage key campaigns and services, such as new item launches and promotions.
• Use training tools to educate yourself on our products and services to give customers a great experience.
• Protect company assets by adhering to inventory and loss prevention standards and completing inventories.
