Paper Source, Inc. seeks a Sales Associate who provides excellent customer service that is friendly, genuine and professional, putting customers first and making shopping engaging by sharing knowledge in person or on the phone.

You will create inspiring displays and assist with services, demonstrating initiative while welcoming customers, answering questions and recommending gifts, cards or wrapping. Join a team that values proactive service, visual merchandising and a warm shopping experience

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with customers through friendly and genuine service to meet their needs.
• Ask open-ended questions and use product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations as you actively sell.
• Ensure a vibrant store by supporting visual merchandising and replenishment standards, keeping a neat, tidy, shoppable and inviting presentation.
• Leverage key campaigns and services, such as new item launches, promotions, membership, ship-to-home, etc.
• Leverage training and communication tools to educate yourself on our products and services, supporting the store with this knowledge to give customers a great experience.
• Protect company assets by adhering to all inventory and loss prevention standards, properly completing inventories and initiatives.
• Work on the selling floor, which requires physical activity (standing, bending, lifting, climbing).
