Paper Source, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver friendly, genuine service and help customers find gifts, cards, and wrap. You will greet shoppers, answer questions, and share knowledge to guide thoughtful purchases in a vibrant store.

You will participate in visual merchandising, restocking, and executing store campaigns. The role involves standing, bending, and lifting while delivering an inviting, organized, and engaging shopping experience.

Aufgaben

• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with customers through friendly and genuine service to meet their needs.
• Ask open-ended questions and use your product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations as you actively sell.
• Ensure a vibrant store by supporting store visual merchandising & replenishment standards, showing a commitment to maintaining a neat, tidy, shoppable and inviting presentation.
• Leverage key campaigns and services, such as new item launches, promotions, membership, ship-to-home, etc.
• Leverage training and communication tools (e.g., Cognition, Paper reSource, InsidePS, etc.) to educate yourself continuously on our products and services, supporting the store with this knowledge to give customers a great experience when they visit and shop.
• Protect company assets by adhering to all inventory and loss prevention standards, properly completing any inventories and initiatives.
• Work on the selling floor, which requires physical activity (i.e., prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, climbing)
