Paper Source, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate who provides friendly, genuine service and helps customers find gifts, cards and wrapping with enthusiasm.

You will keep the store welcoming with neat, vibrant displays, support visual merchandising, and use product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations.

You will engage with customers on the floor, participate in campaigns, learn about products through training tools, and protect company assets.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with customers through friendly, genuine service to meet their needs.
• Ask open-ended questions and use product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations as you actively sell.
• Ensure a vibrant store by supporting visual merchandising & replenishment standards, maintaining a neat, tidy, shoppable presentation.
• Leverage campaigns and services, such as new item launches, promotions, membership, ship-to-home, etc.
• Leverage training tools to educate yourself on our products and services, supporting the store with this knowledge to give customers a great experience.
• Protect company assets by adhering to inventory and loss prevention standards, and completing inventories as needed.
• Work on the selling floor, which requires physical activity (standing, bending, lifting, etc.).
