Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Floor Associate to support a positive shopper experience in Mt. Juliet, TN. You will help maintain a clean, organized store, assist with product location, and handle front-end operations with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

The role requires standing and walking, ability to lift as needed, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to follow processes and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist shoppers to deliver a positive experience.
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store readiness and merchandising throughout shift.
• Support opening/closing routines and housekeeping.
• Adhere to cash handling, pricing, and loss-prevention procedures.
