Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling employees and training; conduct safety meetings; ensure policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise through receiving, stocking, restocking, and display building.
• Maintain inventory levels and control damages, markdowns, and deposits.
• Implement and maintain planograms; present merchandise per standards, Store Manager direction.
• Ensure store financial integrity through cash control; sign refunds/overrides and count tills.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
