Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership at the register and greet customers.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling and training of employees; conduct safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, rotating displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; manage damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Assist with planograms and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure financial integrity: cashier accountability, deposits, refunds, overrides.
• Assist in Store Manager's absence.
