Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking team members to deliver a superior customer experience in a fast-paced store environment. You will engage customers, process transactions, promote loyalty programs, and help maintain clean, organized merchandising.

This role may involve cross-training across store areas to support business needs. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills, adaptability, and the ability to multitask while lifting merchandise as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support store needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to adapt to changes in direction and handle unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors; prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engagement with all customers.
• Ring purchases and returns accurately and handle cash as per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and maintain store merchandising standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Support safety initiatives and loss prevention programs.
• Assist in other duties as assigned to support business needs.
