Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains store cleanliness and organization.
• Provides and accepts feedback respectfully.
• Adheres to labor laws and policies.
• Supports shrink reduction initiatives.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
