Consolidated Electrical Distributors is seeking an Inside Sales and Customer Service representative in the Dade City area. The role focuses on helping contractors and manufacturers access tools, support, and solutions to do their best work.

We value initiative, collaboration, and a genuine desire to help customers succeed. Experience in the electrical field or with Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation equipment is a plus, but attitude and growth potential matter most.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to write accurate customer orders and manage expectations.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, hybrid office/warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Accurately write and manage customer orders following sales policies.
• Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Proactively meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with outside sales and other departments to serve customer needs.
• Follow up on quotes, orders, and materials in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date on products and services offered.
