Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors seeks an Inside Sales Representative to maintain customer satisfaction and generate new sales through initiatives and goals. You will provide professional service with product knowledge, problem solving, and order enhancement.

The role reports to the Sales Manager and operates in a professional office and warehouse environment, with responsibilities including order accuracy, customer communication, and ongoing product knowledge updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Eclipse business software.
• Two years industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service to all current and potential customers, mainly via telephone and internet.
• Writes orders with accuracy and in accordance to all sales policies and procedures.
• Maintain current customer base.
• Meet established monthly sales goals.
• Communicates and cooperates with outside sales force and/or other departments for all Frost pertinent activities.
• Communicate process improvement ideas.
• Timely follow-up on all customer orders, quotes, and materials.
• Maintains up-to-date awareness with new and existing products and services.
