Triangle Fastener Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to be the first contact for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries. You will support both customers and the Outside Sales team by managing quotes, orders, and day-to-day customer service to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales-based customer service, or 3+ years in inside sales, with a High School Diploma or GED and an Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Handle walk-in sales and guide customers through product selections.
• Enter and process orders with precision and speed.
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to match demand.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers.
• Support the Outside Sales team by managing backend processes and follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean and professional showroom and promote featured products.
• Address and resolve customer issues proactively and professionally.
• Prepare and send product samples, catalogs, and credit applications.
• Review open sales reports and ensure data integrity.
• Pull counter orders as needed to ensure timely customer service.
• Work daily with the Branch Operations Manager and other sales staff.
