Job summary

Chevrolet GMC of Fairbanks, part of Lithia Motors, seeks a friendly Receptionist/BDC Admin to be the first contact for customers and support service operations. You will answer calls, process payments, open/close repair orders, and help keep the service team running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Basic math skills and ability to process information.
• Confidence handling payments and cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Be a friendly voice for customers by answering calls and connecting them with needed information.
• Open, update, and close repair orders to keep service moving.
• Process customer payments and assist daily deposits.
• Keep customers informed with repair updates and communicate throughout the repair process.
• Help ensure a smooth customer experience by tracking surveys and logs and delivery commitments.
