Job summary

Chevrolet GMC of Fairbanks, part of Lithia Motors, seeks a friendly Receptionist/BDC Admin to be the first contact for customers and support service operations. You will answer calls, process payments, open/close repair orders, and help keep the service team running smoothly.

We value customer-focused individuals with at least 1 year of experience, basic math skills, and a team-first mindset. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required; a valid driver's license and clean record are

Responsibilities

• Be a friendly voice for customers by answering calls and connecting them with needed information.

• Help ensure a smooth customer experience by tracking surveys and logs and delivery commitments.
