Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and handle calls, directing inquiries to the right departments.
• Manage the dealership's BDC via phone, email and chat to answer questions.
• Coordinate service appointments for a smooth customer experience.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain transaction records.
• Collaborate with sales to follow up on leads and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and organize the reception area.
