Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally at the dealership and route inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Manage the BDC, handling customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Coordinate service appointments for a seamless customer experience.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain transaction records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
