Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients to create a welcoming environment and manage lobby flow using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and vault/ATM duties in line with bank policies.
