Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, listen actively, and deliver tailored banking solutions in the branch. You will build trusted relationships, educate customers on accounts and digital tools, and support daily branch operations to create memorable experiences.

You'll use Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and in-branch technology to assist clients, open new accounts, and resolve inquiries with care and efficiency, while adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and support with cash handling and cash devices as needed.
