Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent the brand with hospitality, delivering exceptional client experiences using the latest banking solutions. You will help clients meet their financial goals by providing service, shared knowledge, and solutions across personal banking channels.

You will work with a branch team to maintain a welcoming environment, assist with accounts, and leverage Chase Mobile App and digital tools to support customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using available tools.
• Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and other duties per bank policies.
