JPMorganChase in Virginia Beach is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences at our branch. You will greet clients, open and service accounts, and leverage Chase Mobile App and online tools to meet financial goals.

In this role you will build trusted relationships through active listening, explain products clearly, and partner with the team to ensure seamless service. A strong customer-service mindset and basic cash handling are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by opening new accounts and servicing existing ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships through active listening and clear product explanations, partnering with the team.
• Perform branch operations and cash-related tasks in line with procedures.
