Chase in the United States is seeking an Associate Banker to greet clients, deliver attentive service, and leverage Chase digital tools to help clients meet their financial goals.

You will build trusted relationships, assist with account openings, and provide solutions while complying with all policies and regulatory requirements, working closely with branch teammates to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage clients and communicate clearly to understand and help.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build meaningful relationships through active listening and collaboration with branch teammates to achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
