Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional service and build trusted relationships with clients in a branch setting. You will greet clients, understand their needs, and guide them through account openings and everyday banking tasks.

Utilize digital tools like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to support clients and enhance their financial experience, while collaborating with a branch team to meet service goals in a compliant and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling equipment, in line with policies.
