Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a warm, professional welcome—in person or over the phone.
• Confirm and manage daily service appointments; reschedule as needed; handle calls with care.
• Respond to questions via phone, text, email, and CRM with timely solutions.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on service work to keep customers informed.
• Organize and track customer feedback; escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of concerns and follow through to resolution.
• Build trust with customers and team through clear communication.
• Engage proactively with customers to identify needs and offer help.
• Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Learn and uphold manufacturer standards for customer satisfaction.
• Ensure payments are collected and processed; complete daily financial reports.
